GRILLED TURBOT

  • Turbot (8 slices; washed, dried)
  • Olive oil (1/4c)
  • Salt (1 tsp)
  • Lemon wedges, Arugula, red onions, radishes (sliced, garnish)

salt and lightly oil fish on both sides. Grill 5 minutes per side. Transfer to serving dish and drizzle with olive oil. Serve with lemon, arugula, onion and radish.
